For Visa 2 x (50mm x 50mm) (larger than passport size) recent identical passport quality photographs on a white/off white background.

Pakistani Passport Photograph Requirements

Submit two color photographs for Pakistani Passport applications
Sufficiently recent to be a good likeness taken within the last six month
2 x 2 inches in size are needed for Pakistan Passport applications
The image size measured from the bottom of your chin to the top of your head (including hair) should not be less than 1 inch and not more than 1 3/8 inches
The photographs must be color, clear, with a full front view of your face
Printed on thin paper with plain light (white or off-white) background
They must be capable of withstanding a mounting temperature of 225 Fahrenheit
Photographs must be taken in normal street attire, without a hat, head covering, or dark glasses unless a signed statement is submitted by the applicant verifying the item is worn daily for religious purposes or a signed doctor’s statement is submitted

A visa is required to travel to Pakistan except for the following
Holders of a Pakistan Origin Card (POC)
Citizens of Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago
Citizens of Iceland, Maldives and Zambia
Citizens of Nepal and Samoa, Chinese passport holders issued in Hong Kong
UN Laissez-passer visa holders
If you remain in Pakistan for longer than 30 days you must register with the Foreigners Registration Office
Pakistan refuses entry to Israeli Passport holders
Afghanistan nationals will not be allowed in if evidence of travel to India is found

Polish Passport Photograph Requirements
3 identical passport photos are required for a Polish Passport
Photos for polish passports must have been taken recently (within 6 months)
Polish Passports state that the size must be 35mm x 45mm
A light gray back ground
The distance from the chin to to the top of the head must be between 31mm-36mm
The distance from the bottom of the photo to the eye line must be between 20-30mm

Polish Visa Photograph Requirements
Polish visa photos are 35mm x 45mm
The polish visa photo must be sharp and in color
Polish Visa photos should be printed on high-quality paper with a bright background
The visa photo must be not older than 6 months, and allow easy identification
The face looking staright forward, so that both sides of the face are visible
The Polish visa photo must present a person from top of head to shoulders
The size of head should cover 70-80% of vertical length of the visa photo
The head must be uncovered and unveiled
The face must not be covered by hair
The eyes must be visible in the photo
The mouth must be shut
In case of people wearing glasses, we advise you to take them off

Polish ID and Driver’s License Photograph
A three quarter profile is required for a Polish Driving License
The size is 35mm x 45mm
The background must be whte or off white for ID and Driving Licenses
Polish Driving License photos must show the left hand side of the face
The ear must be visible in Polish ID photos
There must be no jewelry such as earrings
Head size is specified at 70-80% of the photo

United States Passport Photograph Requirements
Basic requirements
Two identical 2 inch by 2 inch (50mmx50mm) color photos taken within the past six months are needed.
You must show your full face with a white or off-white background.
Clothing - According to the U.S. State Department, passport photos must be taken in normal street clothing. Uniforms must not be worn, except religious wear if worn daily.
Accessories - Nothing should cover or obstruct the hair or hairline. If you normally wear eyeglasses, hearing devices or wigs, these should be worn. Dark eyeglasses are prohibited unless medically necessary.
Minors - Parents, guardians or other persons are not permitted in the passport photos for minor children, including newborns and infants. Nothing to support the child should appear in the photo.
